• itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral)
• heart rhythm medicine such as amiodarone (Cordarone, Pacerone), quinidine(Quinidex, Quinaglute), procainamide (Procan, Pronestyl), or sotalol (Betapace)
• carbamazepine (Tegretol), phenobarbital (Luminal), or phenytoin (Dilantin); or
• rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane)

If you are using any of these drugs, you may not be able to take Levitra™, or you may need dosage adjustments or special tests during treatment. Contact your Doctor to discuss your specific situation.

There may be other drugs not listed that can affect Levitra™. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use as well as any illegal substances you may have taken. This includes vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors.

Usage

Do not take Vardenafil in large doses or for longer than recommended by your Doctor or Physician. Do not take Levitra™ more than once daily. Always allow 24 hours between dosages. You are recommended to take each tablet with a glass of water and the medicine may be taken with or without food. Vardenafil should only be taken when required, up to 60 minutes before sexual activity. The medication will help achieve an erection when sexual stimulation occurs.

While taking this medicine, what are the signs of negative side effects?
